The Business Analysis Core Concept Model

It includes what business analysis is and what it tends to those who perform business analysis tasks regardless of their association level, their views, industry, and methodology. The six core concept of this model is: Change, Need, Solution, Stakeholder, Value, and Context.

RBC is experiencing a problem related to getting back the mortgage money so they are tightening the rules for mortgage.

Enterprise: Basically when one or more organization get together for achieving the same goals and it can include any type of organization.

A organization named Student life Network (SLN) is working for providing scholarships to student and the goal of this organization is to make student life easy by providing money which they can earn by participating in different competition. RBC have the same goal so SLN gives money to the winner in their RBC account however, if student does not have RBC account then he/she has to open an rbc account bt this way rbc attracts more customer.

Stakeholders

Project Manager: Project Manager's main and the sole responsibility is to deliver the solutions according to the situation by identifying the problems and also taking care of all the factors like budget,time, resources, quality and many more.

Perform analysis,design and provide estimates regarding projects and development goals also they need to work with multiple business owners and to deliver their requirements with enhancements and progress.
