So, BA is expected to hold highest regard to security and safety of accessing or using such information thus working with highest level of integrity.

Thus, BA identifies and describes a desired future state and helps the organization to reach agreement that is desired with combination of leadership and facilitation.

To carry out day to day project tasks the BA should have knowledge in various software application. These are used to simplify the collaborative development, recording, and distribution of requirements to stakeholders. He should know the strength and weakness of each tool.
