Non-functional Requirements
The requirements that show how a system should work is known as non-functional requirements.
Non-functional requirements could be quality of the product, response time, usability and beyond
For RBC's ease Loan application, response time should be less than 30 seconds and it should have different languages as per the country in which the app is launched.

Example: If we want to sell product in India, we need to provide Hindi language to make it successful.
